1. INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES
- According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website for privacy purposes must be informed that cookies are being used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to be saved on your computer in order to provide access to various functions. 2. PERSONAL DATA
- By shopping at Brickscale, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis.
- Brickscale is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and in the instances when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.
- The information below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- 2.1 What is personal data?
Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.
- 2.2 What data do we store?
In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history. - Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.
- 2.3 Legal basis
In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you.
Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent.
- 2.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?
2.4.1 Payment provider - When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
- 2.4.2 Shipping company
In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
- 2.4.3 Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
- 2.5 The right of access
You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.
- 2.6 Right to rectification
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.
- 2.7 The right to be forgotten
You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be kept because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).
- 2.8 Responsible for data protection
Brickscale is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.
- 2.9 How we protect your personal data
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in a secure manner.
- 2.10 Clear
In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal data in the form of contact details and order information with Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to adapt them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna's own data protection information .
3. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS
- We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
4. DISPUTES AND CHOICE OF LAW
- In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
- Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law
Refund Policy
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
1.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an email to info@brickscale.com
- You should return the products to us immediately and within the statutory 14 days at the latest.
- You are responsible for the condition of the delivery and the products upon return, the products must therefore be sent well packaged and in the original packaging that the product was delivered in. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of a total of SEK 160, which is deducted at the time of the refund.
- From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the product's original value in the case of a used or damaged product. See point 5.
1.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to
- Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
- Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.
- Products whose condition has deteriorated so much that the reduction in value is total.

2. COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS
- We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
- The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
- The product must not be used after the defect has been discovered.
2.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
- Any original errors and defects must always be reported to info@brickscale.com where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description and pictures of the error.
- If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
- We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints. In the event of unapproved complaints, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
- In the event of approved complaints on used and worn products, we reserve the right to refund a smaller amount than the original price, see point 5.
- If a complained about item is not returned within two weeks of receiving the shipping label, the contract is canceled at the time of the complaint and therefore no lower price will be accepted.
3. REFUNDS
- In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping cost as well as a possible reduction in value in the case of a used product. Round-trip shipping costs the following: Within Sweden SEK 80/piece; Outside Sweden SEK 120/pc.
- Refunds are made via the payment method you used when placing your order. The refund takes place within 1-3 banking days from receipt and handling.
- If you do not pick up the package at the agent, we charge a handling fee of SEK 300.
- If a product has been used and used to such a level that one can trace the use in the form of dirt, scratches or other wear and tear, the product is considered to have decreased in value. This in turn means that in the event of a refund, we are not obliged to pay the full amount if the product has been used.
- Refunds for complaints can be made in the form of value checks that can be redeemed for purchases on the platform.
- When refunding a canceled or returned purchased pre-ordered product, where the value exceeds SEK 6,001, a handling fee of 10% is deducted from the refund amount.
- In cases where multiple refund rules apply, the refund fees will increase accordingly.
4. PRICING AND PRICE GUARANTEE
- We do not offer a price guarantee/refund in case of possible price reductions and promotions.
- The pricing of Brickscale's products is governed by the global market and demand for the products. This in turn means that price changes can quickly occur, both to a lower and a higher selling price.
5. REDUCTION IN VALUE
If a product has been used and used to such a level that one can trace the use in the form of dirt, scratches or other wear and tear, the product is considered to have decreased in value. This in turn means that in the event of a refund, we are not obliged to pay the full amount if the product has been used. Impairment is described below.
- If the original packaging is not delivered or is significantly worn/broken, a value reduction of around 30% of the original sales price occurs.
- In the case of products that have been used and used to such a level that use can be traced in the form of dirt, scratches or other wear and tear, a reduction in value of 70% of the original sales price occurs.
6. PLATFORM ORDERS
- To place an order, a valid full first and last name is required. We reserve the right to charge a fee for unclaimed packages if the first and last name do not match your valid ID document.
- Valid e-mail address and phone number are required to complete an order and therefore be able to receive delivery notifications.
- Acceptance of these terms and conditions is required upon check-out.
- When an order is created, we send you a confirmation to your e-mail address or telephone number. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly to check the correct personal data.
6.1. Our right to reject your order or cancel a contract
- Fulfillment of all orders on the platform is subject to availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order due to various reasons:
- The product is not available/in stock
- Your order is flagged by our security systems as a likely fraudulent order.
- Billing address does not match delivery address and/or payment method.
- We were unable to deliver to the address you provided.
- Due to an event beyond our control.
- In the event of rejected orders, you will always be notified by email of the reason for the rejection.
7. OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION
- If possible, we try to distribute all the goods you ordered at the same time. You are always informed with tracking information and there is no additional cost.
- Upon receipt of delivery, we ask you to examine any damage to the shipment before using the product. If not, we reserve the right to refund you the full amount excluding any reduction in value in the event of a return. Read more in point 5.
Shipping policy
Delivery time 2-5 working days within the Nordic countries, outside the Nordic countries delivery takes 3-10 working days. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
